Fellows log studies with nerves, muscles and diagnoses recorded as structured fields, so progress against competency targets is counted rather than estimated.
Feedback & evaluations
Post-session feedback and quarterly evaluations are requested automatically, chased automatically, and collected where the director can actually read them.
Handbook & library
The programme handbook, session materials and a reading list, versioned and kept where trainees will look for them instead of in an email attachment.
People & roles
Your director appoints supervisors, fellows and administrative assistants, and an assistant acts for the providers they support — so the rota, the reminders and the CCs all reach the right desk.

How programmes sit side by side
Your programme's records are yours alone.
A fellowship's case logs and feedback are among the most sensitive records it keeps. Separation is enforced in the database itself, not by a filter the application remembers to apply.

Records
Every row belongs to one programme. Cases, feedback, evaluations, schedules, attendance and trades are readable only from inside the programme that created them.

People
Roles are per programme. Someone may belong to two fellowships with a different role in each, and sees each one separately.

Directors
A director governs their own programme. They appoint their supervisors and fellows, and cannot reach another programme's records.

Platform
Administration is walled off from clinical content. The account that creates programmes and enables tools does not get a window into anyone's cases.
